Cancellation policy

12-hour cancellation window

We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your session. Single sessions cancelled within 12 hours are subject to a fee. Package holders who cancel within 12 hours forfeit that session from their balance. Fee waivers may be granted for documented emergencies.
